Yes. Registration for both UNCDF Online and the UNCDF Mobile App is completely free for all UNCDF Bank DRC account holders. Standard transaction charges may apply to specific payment types — check our tariff guide for details.
Click "Forgot password?" on the login screen and follow the self-service reset flow. You will receive a one-time password on your registered mobile number to verify your identity and create a new password. If you are unable to complete this process, call our 24/7 hotline on +243 800 232 700.
Default daily transfer limits are CDF 5,000,000 for personal accounts and CDF 50,000,000 for business accounts. You can request a limit increase by visiting a branch or calling your relationship manager. Business accounts with bulk payment requirements can apply for custom limits.
Yes. UNCDF Online and the UNCDF Mobile App are accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. OTP delivery works as long as your registered SIM card is active and receiving messages internationally. Some features may be restricted due to regulatory requirements in certain countries.
Log in to UNCDF Online, navigate to "Transfers > Manage Beneficiaries" and click "Add New". Enter the recipient's account details, verify with your OTP, and they will be saved for future use. The same process applies in the UNCDF Mobile App under the Payments section.
Act immediately: log in and freeze your card under "Cards > Freeze Card", then call our 24/7 fraud hotline on +243 800 232 700. You can also email fraud@uncdfbank.cd. Our fraud team will place an account hold while the matter is investigated. Never share your OTP or password with anyone — UNCDF Bank will never ask for these.
